Cynthia Valcourt

Cynthia Valcourt is the mastermind behind The Cereal Lab. As a mother, foodie, and travel addict, she has always had a passion for bringing people together through the joy of food. In 2018, she decided to turn that passion into reality and founded The Cereal Lab with one goal in mind: to unite Atlanta through the power of America’s favorite morning meal. 

She believes that food has the incredible ability to evoke nostalgic memories and spark joy. That’s why every bite at The Cereal Lab is crafted with love and care, aiming to transport you back to the enchanting feeling of yesteryear. With a creative and fun menu and a commitment to making sure each customer has a memorable experience, she invites you to join her on this delicious journey.
